Climax sells its ROS (real oral sex) silicone heads on their own for $499. It is the same design that comes as standard on the Ultra, ULW and Pro dolls in this guide: a movable jaw and a realistic mouth cavity.

Why buy one

A second face for an existing CLM doll, without buying a second body.

Fit

Climax's spec tables give the head screw as M16. That fits CLM bodies of all three lines and many other brands, but neck diameter and skin tone matter too, so ask the seller to match the tone of your body.

Caring for Climax Doll ROS silicone head
