Climax Doll ROS heads

Every full-size Climax doll in this guide comes with a silicone ROS head, and you can buy one on its own.

Updated: October 20, 2026 · CLIMAXDOLL.ORG editorial team

Climax Doll builds its heads in silicone and fits its ROS head design to all three full-size lines: the full-silicone Ultra, the lightweight ULW and the hybrid Pro. ROS stands for the brand's "real oral sex" head: a movable jaw and a sculpted mouth interior instead of a closed mouth. The same head family is sold on its own as a spare for $499.

Because the head is the part of a doll you look at most, it is also the part buyers most often want to change. This page explains what makes a Climax ROS head different, how a spare head fits, which hair and makeup options exist, and how to look after it.

What a Climax ROS head is

A movable jaw

The jaw hinges, so the mouth can open and close. Beyond its practical purpose, it lets the face take on more expressions, which shows in photos: a slightly parted mouth looks more natural than a fixed smile.

A sculpted mouth interior

Instead of a sealed mouth, the ROS head has a realistic cavity. Some listings describe full teeth; the FD160 Fukada listing, for example, mentions an updated silicone head with a movable jaw and ROS functionality with full teeth.

Silicone throughout

All Climax heads in this guide are silicone, including those on the TPE-bodied Pro hybrids. Silicone holds sculpted detail, painted makeup and lip colour better than TPE and does not absorb stains, so the face keeps its look for years.

Price

The ROS silicone head lists at $499 on the brand store (20 October 2026), about a fifth of the price of a full Ultra doll. It comes with a wig on a simulated scalp and the head's own makeup.

Fit: the M16 bolt and the neck

Climax's spec tables give the head screw size as M16, the bolt size most of the industry uses, so a CLM head fits CLM bodies of all three lines. If you mix brands, the bolt is only half the question: compare the neck diameter and skin tone too, or the join will show a visible step or colour change.

Why buyers get a spare head

  • to change the face without buying a second body;
  • to have two looks, for example a short dark bob and long blonde hair, without restyling a wig each time;
  • to replace a head whose makeup has worn after years of use;
  • to display a head on a stand while the body is stored.

Hair and makeup options

Wig on a simulated scalp

Standard Climax heads come with a wig over a simulated scalp. Wigs can be swapped in seconds, washed separately and replaced cheaply, which makes them the practical choice if you like to change styles.

Implanted hair, brows and lashes

On Ultra and ULW listings Climax offers implanted scalp hair, implanted eyebrows and implanted eyelashes as paid upgrades. Implanted hair looks natural at the hairline and parting, but it is permanent: it cannot be swapped, and washing takes more care. The Pro listings we track do not offer these upgrades.

Makeup

The face is painted at the factory. Silicone holds the paint well, but solvents, alcohol wipes and long exposure to direct sun fade it over time.

Which head comes on each Climax line

How to swap a Climax head

  1. Lay the body on its back on a soft surface with a folded towel under the shoulders.
  2. Hold the head with both hands and turn it counter-clockwise; do not pull or twist the neck skin.
  3. Keep the bolt pointing straight up and check it for damage.
  4. Seat the new head on the bolt and turn it clockwise until it is snug, then stop. Over-tightening stretches the neck silicone.
  5. Smooth the neck skin around the join.

Caring for a ROS head

  • Wipe the face with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap; never soak the whole head.
  • Rinse and dry the mouth interior after use, and leave the mouth open until fully dry.
  • Keep the head out of direct sun and away from solvents to protect the makeup.
  • Store it on a neck stand so nothing presses against the face.
  • Brush wigs separately with a wide-tooth comb.
