Climax Doll Ultra: full silicone
Climax's flagship line: silicone from head to toe, with the brand's full standard configuration.
Updated: October 20, 2026 · CLIMAXDOLL.ORG editorial team
CLM Ultra is Climax Doll's full-silicone line. Body and head are platinum silicone, the head is the brand's ROS design with a movable jaw, and every Ultra doll ships with the full standard configuration: EVO skeleton, shrugging shoulders, articulated fingers 3.0, standing feet and gel breasts.
The four Ultra bodies in this guide list at $2,459–2,799 and weigh 34–53 kg. They are the most detailed and the heaviest dolls Climax makes, so the right choice depends as much on handling and storage as on looks. Below: what you get, how the body codes work, a side-by-side comparison, and how Ultra compares with the lighter ULW and the cheaper Pro hybrids.
What you get with CLM Ultra
Platinum silicone body
Silicone is non-porous, holds fine detail in the skin, hands and feet, and resists stains far better than TPE. It needs no powder and keeps its finish for years with basic care. The trade-off is weight: a full-silicone body is denser than the ULW material Climax uses for its lightweight line.
ROS head with a movable jaw
ROS is Climax's silicone head design. The jaw moves, so the mouth can open and close, and the head is fitted to every Ultra body. A spare ROS head is sold on its own for $499, which lets you change the face without buying a second body. See our guide to Climax ROS heads.
Standard configuration
Every Ultra listing includes, at no extra cost:
- ROS head with movable jaw;
- shrugging shoulders, so the shoulders lift and roll forward;
- EVO skeleton, the brand's current metal skeleton;
- articulated fingers 3.0 that can close into a fist;
- standing feet with screws for supported standing;
- gel breasts for a softer feel;
- a simulated-scalp wig.
Paid upgrades
Climax offers five extras on Ultra: a gel butt, hard hands and feet, implanted scalp hair, implanted eyebrows and eyelashes, and scratch-resistant foot screws. Implanted hair looks more natural up close but cannot be swapped like a wig, so it is worth choosing only if you are sure about the style.
How Ultra bodies are named
Ultra body codes start with Si, then a letter for the body type and the height in centimetres: SiT163, SiE159, SiW160, SiR161, SiQ157. The code describes the body; the name after it (Amara, Savannah, Imani, Tasha) describes the face, skin tone and styling. Several faces are sold on the same body, so two listings with different names can share every measurement.

Living with a 34–53 kg silicone doll
Lifting and moving
Even the lightest Ultra body weighs 34 kg, about as much as lifting a sleeping adult with no help from them. Move the doll by the torso and hips, never by the arms or neck, and keep a chair, bed or doll cart where she usually rests so you are not carrying her across the home. Shipped weights of 41–62 kg mean the carton usually needs two people at delivery.
Cleaning and storage
Wash with mild, unscented soap and lukewarm water, dry thoroughly and skip the powder. Store the doll lying flat on a soft surface, seated with support or hanging from a neck-support kit rated for her weight. Our storage guide explains each option.
Ultra vs ULW vs Pro
| CLM Ultra | CLM ULW | CLM Pro | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Body | Platinum silicone | Lightweight silicone | TPE |
| Head | ROS silicone | ROS silicone | ROS silicone |
| Net weight in this guide | 34–53 kg | 25.7–27.1 kg | 38–45 kg |

| Care | Soap and water, no powder | Soap and water, no powder | Dry fully, light powder |
If 34–53 kg is too heavy, CLM ULW gives you silicone at 25–27 kg for $1,899. If you want a softer body and a lower price, the Pro hybrids keep the silicone ROS head on a TPE body from $1,399.
